much as I may personally deprecate the dishonesty and corruption of the green movement with its lies and dishonesty about anthropogenic global warming and climate change and their hectoring and bullying based on proven unsound science I do commend Patricia McKenna for her efforts in 1995 in defending the peoples of Ireland against the mallign forces of the EU by forcing the upholding of The Irish Constitution.In a conversation with her this afternoon you will be pleased to know she has promised to 'e'Mail me a URL/link to the full text of THE Judgement which I will post as soon as it is to hand for your own perusal and use.
To be better informed than ones enemies is not just satisfying but can bring the mighty and the corrupt to their knees as they feather their nests at the cost of the peoples!
Over the years in fact Patricia McKenna is probably best-known for her service to the peoples of Ireland for her victory over the Irish Government in the Irish Supreme Court in 1995.
She went to the High Court and subsequently to the Supreme Court to challenge the Government of the day for its unconstitutional use of taxpayers’ money for propaganda purposes in unlawfully and unconstitutionally corrupting referendum campaigns.
The Supreme Court ruled that the Irish Government was not permitted to use public funds for its own perceived benefit to promote their chosen outcome in referenda.

The citizen is entitled to a democracy free from governmental interference with the process no matter how well intentioned. No branch of the government is entitled to use taxpayers’ monies from the Central Fund to interfere with the democratic process either as to the voting process or as to the campaign prior to the vote.”Justice Denham, J.

As a result of the Supreme Court ruling, which was very unpopular with the Irish political establishment, the Referendum Commission was set up with the approval of all parties in the Oireachtas.
Considering the involvement of both The Irish Government and The EU, both funded by tax payers in corrupting the Referendum Campaign clearly if the outcome is other than NO it is clearly invalid becaise the Oireachtas has clearly betrayed the peoples of Ireland and abrogated upon their Constitutional duty as shown by The Supreme Court in 'The McKenna Judgement' as handed down by The Justices on The Bench sitting with Chief Justice Hamilton presiding!

What is the exit and survival plan for Ireland & the United Kingdoms to maximise on the many benefits of leaving The EU. It is the DUTY of our Politicians and Snivil Cervants to ensure the continuity, liberty and right to self determination of our peoples they have a DUTY to protect against crime and secure both our food and our borders.
NONE of these DUTIES has a single Irish or British politician upheld for 40 years. They have drawn their incomes fraudulently and dishonesty.
Politicians are failing to tell the truth, but so are almost all wanabe Politicians, the MSM and Snivil Cervants.
The fact is that even if EVERY Irish & British MEP wanted change in The EU it would achieve NOTHING.
Every single British & Irish Politician, of EVERY Party, elected since before we joined the EUropean Common Market, has promised to change The EU's CAP & CFP - In 40 Years they have achieved absolutely NOTHING!
To try to put a value on OUR Freedom is as futile as floccipaucinihilipilification and as odious as the metissage of our societies, as we rummage in the ashes of our ancestors dreams, sacrifices and achievements, the flotsam of our hopes and the jetsam of our lives, consider the Country and Anglosphere which we leave our children and the future, with shame!

I SUGGEST – since there is clearly no political party of repute, advocating or campaigning for withdrawal of Ireland or the United Kingdoms from the EU and restoration of our independent sovereign, democracy, with Justice & the right to self determination in a free country. Deny the self seeking & meaningless wanabe MEPs the 'Mythical Mandate' for which they clamour. Diktat is imposed from The EU but Law should be made in our own Parliaments, for our Countries & our Peoples.
